School of Biblical Studies
mobilizing missionaries to embody the Biblical story.
We live in an age of alternative stories and narratives, but the Bible is the greatest story ever told. It is a story about a God who pursues humanity in order to have relationship with them. The story centers around the person of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World. The Bible tells this story.
In the SBS you dive into the Bible for 9 months, learn how to study the it inductively, and be transformed by it. By the end of the school you would have read the Bible 5x and written your own set of commentaries on the Bible that you can take to the nations. SBS is a missions Bible school, serving the greater mission of YWAM: To reach the lost with the Gospel.
